Hello, and Welcome to Sacred Heart Navigations!

After dedicating several years to the medical industry, I experienced a profound inner calling to shift my focus towards what I consider paramount in the realm of health and wellness. In response to this calling, I embarked on a personal journey to embrace a more holistic perspective on care, one that aligns with my belief in addressing the entirety of an individual in an integrated manner. The aim was to facilitate lasting results rather than temporary solutions, and with sincere intentions and a strong desire for change, I began implementing a "whole-person" approach to therapy within my practice.

I began my academic journey as a nursing student prior to switching majors while earning my first undergraduate degree from Palm Beach State College. Subsequently, I transferred to Rowan University, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree, graduating with honors. In addition to traditional academic pursuits, I've devoted time to spiritual and metaphysical studies at the University of Sedona, where I am currently working toward earning my Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Transpersonal Counseling. During my time at the university, I've been ordained as a minister and certified as a metaphysical practitioner. These studies have significantly enriched both my personal understanding and experiences, as well as my professional endeavors and practices.
